Terms of service
Last updated 15 August 2026. Plain terms for a product in validation, written to be read rather than to be long.
1. What DealPage is right now
A free tool that builds a shareable deal room with a mutual action plan and reports which sections the reader opened. There is no account, no subscription and no payment at this build. Anything on the site describing a flat monthly price describes what is planned, and until it is live you are not being charged for anything.
2. Your content stays yours
What you put in a room is yours. Publishing a room does not give us any licence to it beyond storing and serving it back to whoever holds the link, which is what makes the product work. We do not read rooms, use them as examples, or train anything on them.
3. What you agree not to put in a room
Anything unlawful, anything you do not have the right to share, and anything you would not want forwarded. A room link is unguessable but it is not access control: whoever holds the link can read the room. Do not use a room for material that needs real authentication, because this build does not have any.
4. Availability, and what a validation build means
The service is provided as it is, with no uptime commitment. A room can go offline, and it can be removed if it breaks these terms or the law. This is an early build run by one person, so treat a room as a copy of material you still hold somewhere else rather than as your only copy.
5. Liability
Nothing here is free of bugs and nothing here is a guarantee about a deal. To the extent the law allows, LeanAI Studio is not liable for lost deals, lost data or indirect losses arising from using DealPage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Changes
These terms change when the product does, and the date at the top moves with them. A change that affects what happens to your rooms will be described on this page rather than announced as a version number.
