For founder-led B2B SaaS sales

One link that holds the whole deal, instead of eleven emails they have to search.

Put the recording, the pricing, the security answers and the plan to a decision on one branded page. Send the link. See which parts they actually read before your next call.

Everything in one page

Text sections and links to what you already have. The buyer forwards one URL internally instead of a thread with four attachments and a correction.

A plan with owners

The steps between now and a decision, who owns each one, and what is already done. This is the part that travels to the people you never meet.

What they read

Section-level opens and dwell time. Walking into the next call knowing they spent three minutes on pricing is a different call.

Flat price, whole company

Deal room tools price per seat, so the bill grows every time you hand a room to somebody else on your side. This one does not count seats at all.

Straight answers

Do I need an account to build a room?
No. Build it, publish it, send the link and see who opened it, all without signing up. An account is what keeps your rooms across devices with their view history, and that is the paid plan.
Can the buyer sign inside the room?
No. There is no e-signature in DealPage and we are not going to imply otherwise. If a signature has to happen inside the room, we are not the right tool for that deal yet.
Does it sync with HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. There are no CRM integrations. Rooms are built and shared from here, and nothing is written back into your CRM.
Where do my files live?
Wherever they already live. You paste a link to a Loom, a Google Doc, a Figma file or a PDF and the room presents it. We do not host a second copy that quietly goes out of date.
Who can see a room?
Anyone with the link. Room addresses are ten random characters and every room asks search engines not to index it, so a room is unlisted rather than secret. Do not put anything in one that would hurt if it were forwarded, because forwarding is the point.
What does the buyer see about tracking?
The room records which sections were open and for how long, per anonymous session. It does not record who they are, their IP, or their mouse. You see what was read, not who read it, unless they told you.

Who is building this

DealPage is built by LeanAI Studio, a one-person studio that builds a small number of narrow tools and tests each one in public. This is a new product in its validation window: the tool above is real and runs in your browser now, the subscription is not open yet, and both of those statements will stay accurate on this page as they change.

There is no customer list to show you here, because there are no customers yet. When there are, their words go here and not before.
