Comparison note
DealPage vs Flowla
Flowla is a digital sales room with a genuinely capable free tier and a full AI layer on top of it. DealPage is one thing: a forwardable page per buyer, free to build with no account, $29 a month flat if you want it kept. This page says which of the two to buy, including the cases where the answer is Flowla.
The short answer
Which of these two to buy
If 20 rooms covers your year, take Flowla's Starter: it is $0 per seat with no seat cap and it already carries mutual action plans. If you have outgrown that and there is more than one person on your side, the difference is the shape of the bill: Flowla Team is $99 per seat per month, DealPage is $29 a month however many of you touch a room. If a buyer has to sign inside the room, buy Flowla, because DealPage has no e-signature at any price.
The bill
Both of these publish a price, and both floors are $0.
| Plan, at a stated seat count | Per month |
|---|---|
| Flowla Starter, three sellersPer seat per month, seats unlimited, capped at 20 rooms in total. Mutual action plans included. No e-signature. No setup fee published. On a seat minimum their page contradicts itself, and the note under the ladder says how. | $0 |
| DealPage free, three sellersNo account, no room cap, no seat count. Sections, links, the mutual action plan, the share link and who read what. No e-signature. | $0 |
| Flowla Team, one sellerPer seat per month. Their page: rolling monthly, no minimum seats. Unlimited rooms, adds e-signature. No setup fee published. | $99 |
| Flowla Team, three sellers$99 per seat per month, times three. The figure grows every time you hand a room to somebody else on your side. | $297 |
| Flowla Team, five sellers$99 per seat per month, times five. | $495 |
| DealPage Team, one to five sellersA month, flat. Seats are not counted, so this row does not move. Monthly, cancel whenever, no annual lock-in, no setup fee. Still no e-signature. | $29 |
Both Flowla figures were read on 9 September 2026 at flowla.com/pricing, in a browser, off the plan cards and the comparison table on that page. Flowla's Enterprise tier is priced "Custom" and no figure for it is invented here. ONE THING WE FOUND WHEN WE WENT BACK AND SEARCHED PROPERLY, and it is about their page rather than their product: the plan cards render "$0" and "$99 per seat/month" and say "rolling monthly, with no minimum seats", while the structured data served with the same page describes "Professional ($39/seat/month)" and "Team ($65/seat/month, 5-seat minimum)". Two parts of one page disagree, so we quote the cards, which is what a visitor sees, and we do not tell you there is no seat minimum. An earlier version of this page did. No setup fee appears anywhere: not in the rendered text, not with every accordion opened, not in the served HTML and not in the structured data.
The claim here is about the SHAPE of the bill at a stated seat count, and it is not a claim about being cheaper. Flowla publishes a $0 tier, so the floor in this category is $0 and DealPage is not the cheapest way into a deal room. What is true is that one of these two bills grows with the number of people on your side and the other does not, and at three sellers on a paid plan that is the whole difference.

Where they win
What Flowla does better than this
Their free tier is a real product, not a trial.
Starter is $0 per seat with seats unlimited and 20 rooms, and it already carries mutual action plans, AI room generation, CRM integrations, video recording, forms and proposals. DealPage free is rooms, a plan, a link and a reading. If 20 rooms covers your year, Flowla gives you more product for the same $0 and you should take it.
A buyer can sign inside a Flowla room. There is no e-signature in DealPage.
Flowla puts e-signature on Team at $99 per seat per month. DealPage has none, at any price, and we are not going to imply otherwise. If a signature has to happen where the deal is being read, that is a real reason to buy Flowla and not this.
It syncs with the CRM you already run.
Their pricing page lists HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio on all three tiers, plus AI notetaker integrations. DealPage writes to nothing. If your rooms need to be visible from the opportunity record, this one does not do that.
It is built for a revenue team, not just a seller.
Their own FAQ answers the multi-team question directly: pre-signature, CS and RevOps on one journey, with team performance reporting and stakeholder identification on Team. DealPage has no team concept at all.
Do not switch. Flowla is the right buy if any of these is you:
- A buyer or your legal team expects to sign inside the room.
- You need rooms to appear against the opportunity in HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio.
- Twenty rooms covers your year, and Starter at $0 per seat already does the job.
- You are a revenue team rather than a founder selling, and you want CS and RevOps working in the same rooms.
- You want the AI layer: room generation, deal scoring, stakeholder mapping and next-step signals.
Where this one wins
What DealPage does that Flowla does not
The bill does not move when you add a person.
Flowla Team is $99 per seat per month on their plan card, and three sellers on that card is $297 a month. DealPage is $29 a month flat and does not count seats, so handing a room to a co-founder, an engineer or the person covering your holiday costs nothing. That is a difference in the shape of the bill and not a discount: Flowla's floor is $0 and ours is $0 too. We quote the card rather than tell you what their minimum is: the structured data served with that same page describes a five-seat minimum on Team, which the note beside the price ladder sets out in full.
You can publish a room right now without talking to anybody.
Every plan on Flowla's pricing page, Starter included, has "Chat with us" as its button, and their FAQ answers the free-trial question with "Get started by booking a short 15-minute call with us." DealPage has no call and no signup in front of the tool: open the builder, publish, send the link, and see who opened it. An account is what saves rooms across devices, and that is the paid plan.
Your own domain is on the paid plan rather than the enterprise one.
Flowla's comparison table puts sharing on yourcompany.flowla.com for Starter and Team, and a custom domain such as welcome.yourcompany.com on Enterprise, which is the "Custom" tier. DealPage serves rooms on your own domain on the $29 plan. You still have to point the DNS record yourself.

Mail dario@leanaistudio.com and the page gets corrected rather than argued about.
